Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at support@tinyjoytoys.com with your order number.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

• We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
• Contact us within 7 days of receiving a damaged item.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or opened (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards
